After working with 213 local businesses I've learned there's a massive gap in marketing efforts vs. what's needed to get leads flooding in

1. Followers > Leads

It used to be all about leads, but now it's about getting followers that become hot leads. Google's 7-11-4 rule states that a customer needs to consume 7 hours of content, 11 touch points, across 4 different platforms before they are comfortable enough to make a purchase. People can fake reviews, but you can't fake content. This shift in marketing will take your local service business from relying on word of mouth to getting blasted with DM's of people wanting to book you.

2. Content & Ads Strategy

With the big 4 platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, & Youtube) you have an organic & ads side. You need both to dominate your local market. If you try to only rely on organic, your leads that come in will be extremely inconsistent and take a very long time (6-12 months) because content is a brand building long game. On the other hand, if you only do ads, people will not trust you because there's no content for them to build trust.

3. Local Ads Framework

It's pretty easy to run ads, you could Youtube it now and probably figure it out. I've seen thousands of local businesses ads and let's just say I can tell when they "DIY" them. They don't have the right ad framework to really get people to click and turn into followers, leads, appointments, and closed deals. So even if you're already running ads, there's probably a lot of money being wasted on ineffective campaigns.

4. Hometown Hero

It's not about being the best, it's about being the best known. If you already provide an amazing service to your clients, the only reason you're not fully booked or growing like you should is you're not known enough in your market. A full ads + content strategy is the way to dominate your local market in any service based business.

5. Strategy

Successful marketing strategy requires looking at the whole picture not just one piece. I'll make sure were solving the right problem at the right time to help you hit your business goals and not just do "more marketing" for marketings sake.

6. Systems

No change is lasting unless it’s built into the fabric of how you operate. We don’t just “do work”, we’ll turn our ideas into a system that becomes an asset to your business.

7. Oversight

A big part of what I do is ensure each piece of your marketing is performing and working in harmony so you don’t spin your wheels or veer off course.

8. People

If you need outside support to help implement, I’ll make direct introductions to vetted specialists to do the tactical implementation. I never mark up nor take a referral from anyone I recommend.

9. Data & Analytics

What doesn't get tracked doesn't get managed. I’ll help you get your data in order so you can make decisions based on the key metrics that matter most.

My Story

My Story

My name is Kaitlyn Webb and I’m a Marketing Advisor.

I work with local service businesses that have vision, big goals, and want a marketing partner that will not only give you direction and strategy, but also help your team or connect you with your "Marketing Dream Team"

My story as a marketer began in the 2020 when I started my first marketing agency in the real estate space. Over the years, I began to see the shortcomings of just offering to run ads for businesses and realized in order for to achieve the business result it typically takes a multi-faceted approach.

In 2024, I began pivoting my agency into marketing strategy and advisory services.

My advisory experience included companies in industries like real estate, home services, local businesses, professional services, and more.

I bring a fun & effective approach to helping companies create strategies, systems, and repeatable processes

that help them achieve their growth goals and make consistent progress—all while making it easy to manage what’s going on.

I started this marketing business to impact people and glorify God!
