Here's How I Do Things Differently

1. I don't believe in outsourcing your leads

Hiring a marketing agency or buying leads from 3rd party companies is not a long term solution. Your lead generation process & system is one of the most important parts of your business. When you don't own that process, you can't control, improve, or know exactly your return on investment.

The truth is building your own internal lead system through social media, Youtube, and Email is not that hard. You just need to have the right system in place and person to run it.

2.Video Is KING

Video is one of the most important tools to get more clients. Hands down. It builds automated trust, it increases lead conversion rates, and it builds your brand like nothing else.

The good news is you don't have to be a natural at talking on camera. Many of my clients are reserved but working with someone that can teach them and give them the right framework, they record videos like a champ.

It's a skill you build not a talent you're born with.

3. It's not about tactics anymore... you need a marketing ECOSYSTEM

I can tell immediately when agents DIY their ads. After spending over $500,000 on real estate ads I've learned there's a specific framework that gets leads to click, engage, and turn into clients. Without this framework you are just throwing spaghetti at a wall and hoping it sticks.

However, many times it's not the lead generation that's the problem but the lead conversion. This boils down to follow up (calls/texts/emails) and nurturing (content + email)

5. Systems, Automations, & Ai

I used to run basic lead form ads for realtors on social media but they were about as cold as cold calling someone. I used to think it was just a numbers game until I realized there was something missing.

I don't believe in lead generation anymore, I believe in lead attraction. When your personal brand, your story, and the problem you fix for a specific person is aligned, you start attracting your people instead of having to chase them.

4. Local Ads Framework

It's pretty easy to run ads, you could look it up on Youtube it now and probably figure it out. I've seen hundreds of real estate ads and let's just say I can tell when they "DIY" them.

They don't have the right ad strategy to really get people to click and turn into followers, leads, appointments, and closed deals. So even if you're already running ads, there's probably a lot of money being wasted on ineffective campaigns.

I eventually realized that they needed a more wholistic approach to actually reach their business goals.

This lead to shutting down my marketing agency to becoming a marketing consultant and coach for realtors, teams, and brokers.

I'm passionate about helping people achieve their business goals by simplifying the marketing process to attract dream clients and scale their businesses without overwhelm.
