Here's How I Do Things Differently

1. Your Most Important Selling Point

What if I told you that your most important selling point is not your service, it's you. If your business is mostly referrals and your marketing & lead generation strategy is not attracting your dream clients that feel like referrals, there is something missing.

I used to run basic lead form ads for realtors on social media but they were about as cold as cold calling someone. I used to think it was just a numbers game until I realized there was something missing.

I don't believe in lead generation anymore, I believe in lead attraction. When your personal brand, your story, and the problem you fix for a specific person is aligned, you start attracting your people instead of having to chase them.

It's pretty easy to run ads, you could look it up on Youtube it now and probably figure it out. I've seen hundreds of real estate ads and let's just say I can tell when they "DIY" them.

They don't have the right ad strategy to really get people to click and turn into followers, leads, appointments, and closed deals. So even if you're already running ads, there's probably a lot of money being wasted on ineffective campaigns.

Successful marketing strategy requires looking at the whole picture not just one piece. Unlike hiring a marketing agency that you are chained to, I build your strategy around your goals and ideal life for your business.

My Story

My name is Kaitlyn Webb and I’m a Marketing Advisor.

I used to run a real estate lead generation company and worked with over 200 agents to generate leads for them on social media.

I eventually realized that agents and real estate businesses marketing needed a more wholistic approach.

This lead to shutting down my marketing agency to becoming a marketing consultant and coach for realtors & real estate businesses.

I'm passionate about helping entrepreneurs achieve their business goals by simplifying the marketing process to attract dream clients.
